Plalite has teamed up with MidKent College to welcome three new apprentices to the business in September 2026. The new starters will gain valuable hands-on experience while learning from the skilled people already working across our team. Alongside their practical training at Plalite, they will continue their studies through the college, giving them a strong combination of technical knowledge and real-world manufacturing experience.
Bringing new talent into the industry is important to us, and we are pleased to support the next generation as they begin their careers. We look forward to seeing their skills and confidence develop over the coming years.
