Design
With many years experience, our design team prides itself in offering solutions to fully meet with customer’s requirements. Using both 2D and 3D software, we are able to provide customers a modelling facility with the ability to import most common used formats such as Pro Engineer and Catia.

Manufacturing
Our modern workshop offers a full range of CNC and conventional machines. Employing the latest technology, we are able to offer full 5 Axis simultaneous machining, 7 Axis turning and Wire Erosion, all supported by fully computerised inspection facilities.
Welding & Fabrication
A wide range of sheet metal work and fabrication is available. We are qualified to weld most metals including stainless steels, aluminium armour, copper and titanium.
Engineering Consultancy
With many years experience working within Defence and Aerospace, Plalite, given the opportunity, can offer practical solutions to a wide range of mechanical challenges the customer may be facing. Historically these solutions have helped improve productivity and reduce project costs.
Project Support
Many customer projects from feasibility studies to “in service” stores have been successfully undertaken. Plalite are the design authority for many current defence equipments, for which they fully support by providing a Post Design Service.
